The river Persoksna flows in Vilnius county, Svencionys district, the river Lakaja left tributary.
Length of the river 26 km, the basin area 103 km ². Flows out from the lake Dumblis near to Labanoras village. Flows to southeast. To the lake Persoksnai calls the Dumble, below the Persoksna. Flows into the river Lakaja 6 km from its mouth 6 km southwest from Svencioneliai town. Average gradient 76 cm/km. Average rated discharge upstream the lake Persoksnai 0.38 m³/s, at the mouth 0.99 m³/s.

18.1 The Persoksna flows out from the lake Persoksnai. Bridge. Prudiske. The lake can be reached by Labanoras - Svencioneliai road. Area of the lake 217 ha, max depth 32,5 m, average depth 7,9 m, length 4120 m, max width 1080 m. The shores mostly high, wooded. The river flows through forests, width 7-10 m. Current calm - average. Not navigable strainers not much. Can be a few beavers dam. Average gradient to the mouth 72 cm/km. The first few kilometers the river flows through the bulrushes.
